Two-Minute Relationship Boost


Find at least four great things your partner has said or done in the last few days. We’re talking real live stuff here. Words and actions that involve you. They could be minimal–a few seconds longer in your kiss, a sideways smile–or big–helping you solve a work problem, or fixing an amazing dinner.

Find them now.


Regardless of how many you found, list them in your mind.

Pick the one you like the best. Relive that one. Make it a movie n your mind. Play it in slow-motion. Linger on it and make bigger, brighter, richer, deeper. Revel in it.

Got it? Feel it?

Next time you are with your partner, run that little movie in your head again.

Hmmm.  How do you feel about him or her now?
